Multiple Travel Insurance?

As two pensioners over 75 with medical histories, Is it permissable to have both EHIC Plus insurance for medical purposes and normal travel insurance to cover everything else i.e. not medical?

With EHIC Plus you do get the usual (non midical) travel insurance cover as well as the medical cover provided.0

Thank you for that confirmation that EHIC Plus does also cover the other aspects of travel insurance. Reading Martin's article on this I was led to believe otherwise! Thanks again.0
