    Hi :)

We have a board specifically devoted to vouchers and I'm sure that the members there will be able to help you - so I'll move your query across there.

Everis, thank you for your helpful reply. The reason i am querying poundstretchers voucher redemption is that i recently tried to redeem a voucher for andrex toilet tissues in my local branch. The manager read the voucher then tried to say that the item i was after wasnt on the voucher but it was.He then said that they dont accept vouchers at all.I felt he was lying and thought to myself, if they dont accept vouchers at all then why did he bother reading it in the first place.I was wondering if this a policy in all their branches or just some jumped up grumpy store manager throwing his weight around. He was very nasty about it and i felt very embarrassed in front of other customers. If you were able to redeem your voucher then i suppose the latter is the case.He is just grumpy and ill mannered to his customers as well as his poor staff.
    Thanks again everis.:)
