Car insurance increased 10% for "no fault" bump ?

Dear Zogg
We wouldn't normally increase a car insurance premium purely because of a non-fault accident. As we’re sure you can imagine, it wouldn't be appropriate to discuss an individual’s personal policy and claim information on a public forum like this, but if you can send us your policy number and contact information then we can pick this up with you directly. ............Insurance companies use the defence that if you have a non-fault accident you are more likely to be at fault in your next incident...........LV=_company_representative wrote: »Dear Zogg

I know it's a popular reason that I've seen stated alot, but no one has ever put up any reliable proof, merely supposition and hearsay.
It's interesting to see a statement directly from an insurer appearing to refute it as well.0
