I have never been an npower customer but im pretty sure that not all of their customers accounts are like yours otherwise why would people stay with them?
I have written to them 8 times. and now have in process a formal complaint and ive been told it will take 6 weeks.0 -
at least now that it is a formal complaint, if they dont resolve it to a satisfactory outcome you can go to the ombudsman0

I think if the op was giving the same, read would they not of quetioned the none usage as the meter had not moved on? Its two sided story on this one, the op had a chance to say his meter was not advancing and they could of changed it.
Think the person who keeps saying npower again, as others have said they dont go around breaking meters as it costs them to replace.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
