So you've got into difficulties twice before and she isn't taking more notice of what you're doing/spending? Sounds a bit odd to me, usually people have to work very hard to win someone's trust back after just once, presumably she's happy as long as she can blame you for the mismanagement/budgetting issues?
As has been said - perhaps there's more here than just money issues. Perhaps a chat via relate or similar would help ensure you're on the same page?
