Still no word from Barclays!!!!

I can't believe that i have still not heard, this has been going on since September last year.
Called them and they keep fobing me off they reckon i need to wait until tomorrow as that is their promised date hmmm lets see........

so sorry to hear your still waiting a year on!

That is just not on, I would tell them you will be contacting the FSA (not the FOS) as the FSA expect complaints to be dealt with fairly and in order they came in, and with yours being a year already they've had ample time.
Maybe an email to the banks CEO will help.

They really are shocking.

I agree with Di, try an email to the CEO. We have just heard from that last week, but I only found this out by emailing the CEO.

Well got home today and surprise surprise no letter....
Called them apparently they have until midnight tonight and my letter is in the process of being complied and all the ground work has been done, lets see.........
