The modem at work wont connect to the internet and the helpline suggested downloading the driver so we can re-install.
its a thomson speedtouch 330 and I really just dont know what Im doing when I find a 'download' anywhere as it all seems to be boosters or something.
its for XP and I could do with putting it on a memory stick to take to work tomorrow. Can anyone help please.

agreed... throw the 330 in the bin where it belongs and buy a nice adsl modem router that has many benefits... depending on your Internet provider, they might give you one for free if you speak to them.

Definitely agree with the comments to buy a proper ADSL modem router (not just a router by itself, which I've known people to do).0

TBH, as it is work it is not your responsibility to sort it but your employers. Let them worry about it. If you stuff things up trying to get it to work you'll be the one getting the reprimand.0

Its now working from one of the links.
I know its works problem but my boss is 72 and although everything works all week and on a Thursday when I finish you can guarantee something is wrong by the Monday after he's been messing on the computer.
10 years later its still annoying lol.
