What do you WANT & EXPECT from a vet?

Just one thing I like about my current Vet that no other did. When dropping off & collecting them for surgery I also go through to their kennel/cat pen to put them in. It's nice to see where they will be & to take them through myself. At all other places the Nurse took them through. Though I understand some owners may take all day leaving them & saying bye!

I also like them letting me put money on my account when I want so it's there if needed, Chaya just had a fight with another dog & it was £125 as a Sunday so it was nice to have some ready to use! Not all places do this but i'm Bipolar so can't get credit now or handle money & it's nice to know they will do it.
