USA travel insurance for over 70

My 71 year old aunt will go to USA to see her sister in Feb. She has high blood pressure, hiatus hernia and Diverticulitis which need to be declared for travel insurance. Martin Lewis' advice is to search https://www.moneysupermarket.com to find the cheapest insurance. Select Travel insurance online quote is about £50 for multi-trip. I haven't found the requirement of the online form to fill in the medical conditions yet.
Has anyone had any experience with the travel insurance companies from https://www.moneysupermarket.com? Are there other travel insurance policies for over 70s which are reasonably priced? Thanks.
