Scarily, it's even more vague - "on or within 3 working days" of a specific date 2-3 days before the actual due date. It could potentially be understood to be six calendar days earlier, for example if the date shown is the last of a 4 day bank holiday weekend. In my experience though, it was always taken the first working day after the specified day if it happened to be a bank holiday/weekend, so perhaps it's just a last resort CYA.Enjoy the silence...0
