Hi there,
I used a company toi do my doble glazing. After 4 months I still need to replace a window and need a fensa certificate from them
They don't call me ,they don't want to help any futher
what shell i do ??

Hi Alfredo,

Not sure what to do, I guess you have chased them and maybe turned up to their premises if possible? The only other things I can think of is to contact your local citizen advisory bureau who will give you advice on your rights. Also you can call Consumer Direct, see the government website.
Another alternative is to contact your local solicitor who could write an official letter to them, but that will cost and it's best to look at the previous 2 options first before going down this route.

Not sure if you are allowed to mention the name of the company on this board, if you can post the name, it would be helpful so other's could make an informed decision.

Have you looked on fensa's website to see a) whether a certificate has in fact been registered for your property by them, and b) what fensa suggest?

It took a couple of months for my fensa certificate to come through.
