A response to this would have me banned! I'll simply state - pathetic.

As for safeguards - don't we have the SIA to safeguard us from rogue clampers? How many have been arrested for failing to follow SIA procedures when clamping? Just the unfortunate one who clamped a car which was owned by the police! Once again Pathetic - regulators are toothless.
