Hey everyone
I was looking through my latest BT bill and realised they'd been charging us for phonecalls when we're on an unlimited landline package. They'd also been charging us for calling features (eg caller display) when our calling package should include these free. One quick phonecall and they admitted their mistake and refunded the month's overcharges. It did help to have the bill in front of me, as the person on the other end of the phone didn't understand what I meant at first.
If you've got a similar calling package it's worth a check of your last few bills, £50 is £50 after all!
