On Sunday 4th of September East Midlands Dog Rescue are holding their annual dog show. There'll be loads of stalls of fun competitions. I'm holding a guess the weight of the cake competition with a chance to win this if you guess correctly. It starts at midday and runs til around 4pm.

Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

What's the cake made off, and is it fattening??

The cake is a rich fruit cake, with brandy and marzipan. It is VERY fattening lol

cake looks wonderful but sadly you are miles away from me!
Hope you raise lots of loot and that the weather is kind (or at least reasonable!)
