Hi, I have recently bought a 3ds and want to sell my old nintendo dsi. Where is the best place to sell it? Ebay , amazon or somewhere else? Thanks for any help.

    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'

Trade it in at a games shop. Game, Gamestation, Grainger games, or CEX (computer exchange) where you can get a good trade in price to buy new games or something else, or just take the cash.

or as above put it on ebay.

the world is your oyster, it depends how much you want, and when you want the cash by.

keep in mind trading it in at a store will get you instant cash, no waiting.

i wouldnt think so, as you can use DS games in any DS, including the DSi and 3DS.

Make sure you use seller protection and use a courier like parcelmonkey mail bag rate, collect+ or myHermes, and I find the best time for an auction to end is a sunday evening around 8-9, that way you can get it picked up by a courier in the morning and for some reason I find most of my sales are weekends!

  • What I've done twice now (and it will be a 3rd time in a couple of months!) is just taken it in to Gamestation and got a credit for it. I seem to recall the last time I got about £50.

I know I probably could have got more selling it on eBay, but I was prepared to take a hit and remove all the hassle of listing it, wrapping it up, posting it, arguing that it worked fine when I sent it, getting back a battered DSi which clearly wasn't the one I sold, etc. etc. Get my point?
