I ran this software yesterday, (i am trying to speed up my PC), and was amazed at how much stuff my PC is running, but having copied the results to my clipboard i need to decypher what it all means.
(I want to stop stuff running that i don't really need. )

I have nothing in my start up, there isnt anything of use in it for me. Slows the system down. Why not post a list
