Hi
Firstly
Can you claim on store cards?
I have a topshop store card that ive had for about a year and always owe about £100 on it?
I have a house of fraser credit card for about three years, £1000, i paid all of this off in December and asked for the card to be cancelled, but still get letters saying i owe like 44p...
I got a sainsbury's loan for £5000 in december (to consoldate my other debts (HOF card and overdraft, and to get and insure my car)
Ive sent a letter and i £1 check to these company's three weeks ago, have i done the right thing, am i even elligible to claim?
I dont have any paper copies of my bills as i opted out of it for my sainsbury's loan and the others come monthly, but they were shreaded.
Please could some one help and point me in the right direction....
Thank yoooou!

In order to make a complaint about misselling (if this is what you want to do) you need to check first that your accounts have PPI.
If they do, and you didn't want it or were not eligible for it, then you can make a complaint and ask for the PPI to be cancelled and premiums refunded. You will need to explain to them why you feel the policies were missold.
Have a look at the guide for more info: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-credit-card-insurance0
