Can anyone please give me some advice? My husband purchased a new set of glasses a month ago and they came into the shop scratched subesquently they were returned by the opticians, came back and had a chip out of the lens again they were sent back. We are still waiting for the glasses and my husband is wanting a refund but they are saying we cannot have the £372 we paid them. The bank has said they will send us some forms out to fill in and send the receipt to them and they will pay the money and take it up with the opticians. Can anyone say whether we are entitled to demand a refund so he can go elsewhere. ?
