18866 say my bank have declined payment ,the bank say they have not.they say i owe them £8 odd, I dont do internet banking and the second choice is another visa card When i try this and fill in all details,the screen says sorry an error has ocurred would you like to try again.Ive tried several times and so has someone else in case i was making an error.What should i do.Thanks in advance.

I had this problem with 1899 - and it lasted months.
In the end I just sent a payment to their bank account (the sort code/account number will be given when you login) with my account number as the payment reference.
Once they received the money (3/4 working days), I was able to change my credit card details.
You could alternatively try setting up a direct debit?
btw, you may find 18185 cheaper than 18866 depending on which calls you make..
