Removing orange gloss

How would you go about removing orange gloss from woodwork in a room and taking it back to white?

Could you paint over it or would you need to remove it first? If so how would you remove it?

Thanks in advance

you would need more than 1 undercoat, use a trade version rather than diy store as it will cover better

Yep, a couple of coats of good undercoat, generally the less you pay for it the more time and effort its going to cost you, finish off with a coat of good quality gloss and the jobs a good 'un
