    Foil panels for behind radiators can be made very cheap by pasting kitchen foil onto cardboard and sticking to wall with double sided tape. A £1.89 roll will make about 10 panels. Cardboard would be free,wallpaper paste will be a few pennies...say £2.50 the whole lot...25pence each.
