Hi all,

Has anyone used both car parking services at Heathrow?

Which is better and why?

    I haven't used both, but have used purple parking on three occasions and each time they were excellent.

    Last time they were about 20 mins late bringing the car to us ( we had meet and greet parking). However, it was when we had the really bad freezing temperatures last November and it took them a while to get the car defrosted.

    Only used Purple but found it excellent and didn't charge us for being a day late when delayed. Don't forget to use the latest discount code, someone will post hopefully.

    Used purple parking last week, meet and greet service, I called them as soon as we landed, they said your car is on way, and it was waiting for me in the car park, great service

    Quality is better because it's quite a bit nearer the terminals - otherwise not much to choose between them
