Curtain Rails and window blinds.

Extension nearly done!!

Need new curtain rails and a couple of blinds. Anybody know on a decent website / shop please. Just been looking at Argos but the reviews werent that good.

Absolutely

Try Wilkinsons if you have one locally. They do a decent range in curtain poles especially.

B&Q - can be pricey though.

Blinds - I've always gone to a local independent retailer. Bit more expensive but the choice of colours and types of blinds is great. They also do a fitting service.

I've cut down and fitted blinds myself before now...... It didn't end well!

The ones the local guy put in fit well and have stayed up!

For made to measure blinds I use one of these two companies - always had great service, prices and quality

I just got a curtain pole from B&Q and it's really nice quality. More expensive than Argos, Dunelm Mill etc, but definitely worth it.

Also recently bought a made to measure wooden Venetian blind from https://www.247blinds.co.uk and pleased with that. You can order samples of the wooden slats so I got a couple of samples of their different quality levels to see what the difference was. Good service.

Thanks, have looked on all the sites including wilkinson. Have got quite a few so will do some pricing up!

Any suggestions for a bathroom blind with blues and green in? Have gone a little to white with mosiac tiles border with green/blues etc (Hammered pearls tile town).
