Green Flag European Breakdown Vent

Hi all
Green Flag European Breakdown, do not waste your money.
I can explain the whole story if need be but will be here all night,
Short story had breakdown policy, broke down sat 28th august in belgium and in the end have had to send someone over to belgium with a car to tow them home. green flag say they will reimburse costs to £1000.
Has anyone got the contact address/phone number for someone high up at the green flag for a strongly worded letter to be sent please.
