I'd suggest SA, but you won't get an all-inclusive package holiday from here. How about Mozambique? There are some stunning areas around Bazaruto.
I've also heard that the Gambia is an up and coming destination.
Failing that, Thailand is always good, with excursion opportunities from Phuket.
