Looking for a cheap holiday last minute - any help please :)

My feller and I are desperate for a holiday! I'm off work Monday 12th- Sunday 18th September inclusive. We're trying to find a holiday in Spain, cheap and cheeful, as near the beach as possible, ideally self catering. The plan has been to book flights and apartment seperately, but as I've only just got the rota confirming my dates, flights have started to creep up!
The top of our budget is £400 for fligths and apartment.

Can anyone offer any advice, or perhaps owns a apartment they haven't let and would like to make £200, cash in hand? We're very clean! xxx

Local tourist websites can have good links to apartments, google is your friend.

What about Salou? Ryan Air have flights for £96 each from Stansted - Monday to Sunday and Holidayhypermarket.co.uk have the Salou Pacific self catering for £183.84 total.
Jump on the bus when you arrive or a taxi will set you back about 30 euros each way.
