i am interested in starting the whole claiming back charges process and am interested wheather i can work on my friends behalf while he is out of the country.
will the banks correspond to me or do they need to talk to him directly??
if sucessfull will they pay the money to me as i am acting on his behalf or only to him?
does this even work when working on someone elses behalf??
