Bimblin wrote:I have switched providers for my gas and elec twice now to try and get the best deal and BOTH times the new provider has put their tariffs up within a month. Is this a dodgy scheme do you think?

Utility companies are a bit like petrol stations, one or two usually stand out as always being among the cheapest, a bit like the Tescos of the utility world, others more like the motorway service stations with high prices and rubbish service, but they all can vary their tariff whenever they feel like it and run their own special offers.
