Sometimes the tills are too sensitive, the person there thinks they haven't worked, gives the voucher back. Cust rings Clubcard who asks them to check their receipt and lo and behold the voucher has been deducted.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0

Actually, I checked this for the first time last week, having seen it mentioned in another thread. Instead of finding unused coupons as other people have done, I found I had paper coupons which weren't on the on-line record. I knew I hadn't used them so e-mailed CS at Clubcard and they confirmed my coupons were unused and didn't know why they ween't showing on-line!
If you collect points with a Tesco credit card, these vouchers don't show up on the normal online page with the loyalty card ones - maybe that could apply to you?0
