It's not just here, it's used on loads of internet forums/chat groups.

Sometimes the tills are too sensitive, the person there thinks they haven't worked, gives the voucher back. Cust rings Clubcard who asks them to check their receipt and lo and behold the voucher has been deducted.

If you collect points with a Tesco credit card, these vouchers don't show up on the normal online page with the loyalty card ones - maybe that could apply to you?
