i have these..2 pairs of,from avon,got them for my kids for christmas,,they are ok as straightners,but only really if you got fine hair or straightish hair...otherwise i wouldn;t bother...but asda have babyliss pro230(heat to 230degree)..for £29.99

ok i will give you a tip if you buy an electrical thing form avon rep and you notice a bad problem with it talk to your rep. Say you know about the policy but so save alot of hassle could she possibly return them to avon and say she coudl tcollect the money from you. As long as they look like they havent been used you can do this. There is a return code for reps when they cannot collect money so a good rep should try to help you out .
