I sold a few items last week and a couple of 'em were to the same buyer (only low value stuff).
The buyer hasn't been in touch and, looking at their profile (no full address, etc) they probably won't.
I've opened NPB cases on both items (had to be done seperately) and my question is, will this buyer get two strikes when he doesn't pay?
