** Kiddisave - AVOID! ** Who can I complain to?

Hi all, has anyone else had terrible service from these guys?

I placed my order on the 9th August. They took payment on the 11th. I received an email stating my order would be with me on the 19th August!!! When I tracked the order it was stated that all three items were on route to me. When Interlink arrived he only had ONE item (the cot) so, no mattress or my other item.

I contacted Kiddisave who explained something had gone wrong (No kidding sherlock) and they'd get the remainder of my order out to me mid next week (The week just gone)

Well I'm still waiting!!!!! They've stopped replying to email and didn't bother answering the phone at all on Friday.

Any ideas? Who can I complain to about this company? They've had my money since the 11th August and I've only received 1 item!!! :mad:
