I'm pretty sure it didn't, would have thought someone on here would have seen it too. Don't think there were even any terms and conditions on the site, just a straight order form i believe.

Anyway, just send it back if they try to charge- tell the posty you didn't order them and it must be either a mistake on the senders part or someone playing a prank! It didn't ask for personal details- my mate signed a couple of his mates up because he knew they'd want them, i doubt people are going to be willing to pay when the offer stated in massive writing that it was FREE!

Bit of a joke offer by the sounds of things!

i might just keep them, but not pay. they cant just slap on a charge after stating it was free!!

The site is still up and detailing the terms and conditions:

You will be notified by text once your free texts have been applied to your account, this should be within five working days from your first top-up. 2000 free texts are available for use for 90 days from the date that we tell you that the free texts have been applied. Text chat, Text play, Text game messaging, texts to landlines, group text, texts to premium rate numbers and texts from abroad are not included. Subject to first top-up taking place by 26 March 2005. SIM cards will be delivered to the address you provide to us by first class post. Offer limited to 2 SIM cards per household. SIM cards must not be distributed, sold or used for promotional purposes. Offer limited to 50,000 SIM cards on a first come first served basis. Pay as you go telephony terms and conditions apply. Offer available until 22 March 2005. Text value based on standard text rate of 10p.

Basically- details the offers, you can't resell them and "Sims will be delivered to the address you provide to use by first class post", offer 2 per house etc etc.

Certainly cant charge for postage or the sims according to their own terms & conditions - be a real shame if they try and i have to send them back as i wanted these 2!

I'd do that too - but will the posty leave them with you if you refuse to pay him??????? - very much doubt it to be honest. Dont think they'll even try to charge however anyway, those terms & conditions are very clear.

mind you , it says first class post...not recorded...so thats another thing they have wrong too!!

Was supposed to be running till 22nd of this month too, they've stopped already!

Why do these companies not realise demand is going to be huge for such offers!

Anyone else receieved anything yet - did you have to pay or did they try to charge you for anything?

I'll post as soon as i receive mine with any details.

this really isnt on! big companys should get done for not abiding by their terms and conditons! i will be sending an email of complain and my mates will be unhappy at having to pay for them! :mad:

Know what you mean, know a few guys who wont be very happy with the posty trying to charge them for delivery etc. Anyway i just won't be paying, i've read the terms & conditions again and it states it's free and will be delivered by first class post- i'll just say to the posty "o no i certainly haven't ordered anything that i have to pay on the door for, it must be a wrong address or someone playing a prank or something smiliar, please return it to the 'if undelivered address', thanks" Can't make you pay!!!
