Pre 2005 welcome finance claims

Hi does anyone know.........
if successful with a pre 2005 claim is that also paid into outstanding account or will they give you back cash that is owed.

as long as there are no arrears or chargers on the account they will give you the cash. If there are they will pays these off then forward you the rest of the money by bacsmoney-making-ideas-please wrote: »Hi does anyone know.........

If you mean a complaint about the misselling of PPI you will almost certainly not be successful because Welcome Finance is now in administration.
Complaints about sales from 14 January 2005 onwards are being handled by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme but it does not cover sales before that date.
If you can demonstrate an earlier missale then, in theory, you can be included among the creditors of Welcome Finance and get a small share of the proceeds when any remaining assets are disposed of but it is most unlikely that you will get much.0 -

Before sending of my claim questionnaire Amersall suggested I rang Welcome up to check that I wasn't wasting my time. I did just that and they said that all pre 2005 claims were being dealt with by Welcome directly and yes to send the form in. Form has now been sent, we'll see.......!0
