I have ipod , and used itunes on old desktop computer, that crashed and have new(old) computer from my son who has upgraded to laptop.
i have tried to install itunes on this computer and during install it came up with Invalid drive:E:\ . Had a quick search and tried to change d drive to e, now during install comes up wth e drive has no capacity. What to do now, please? I just want to put stuff on my ipod! Thanks.

You need more info to resolve, what OS are you using, was Itunes previously installed, and how was the PC previously configured by its previous owner?
If you look here, this might give you a clue as to what the problem might be,

Okay as its XP that rules out a number of issues that relate to Vista/7 Itunes install issues. I assume that you are on version SP3 of XP?
Did you read the link I gave you in terms of what another user had to do to resolve the issue? It is possible that at some time another partition might have been active? See if you can follow the link and see if it helps at all. Otherwise your son may have removed a critical aspect when he cleaned up the sytem before giving it to you, in which case trying to fix it is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Might be simpler to re-install XP?
