Can't export my Halifax Statements - help

In the last few months I've been unable to use the export function with my Halifax statements.

I normally have no problem in exporting them and then adding them into Money, but now when I press the export function the Halifax screen greys out just for a split second and then goes back to normal........ exporting nothing.

Does anyone else have this problem please or have a fix?

Sorry can't help but I opened a reward account a couple of months ago and was very upset to find I had no option to 'export' at all never mind a disfunctional one, have been used to doing it regulary on my other account before I transferred.

Does anyone else bank with Halifax and exports statements? If so, could someone check it works please? I'm worried it may just be my PC.

I realised the reason I couldn't export was because I had paper statements, I was able to have both facilities at my last bank so I didn't think. I've switched yesterday to online statements but it takes 36 hrs apparently before it changes. So if no one else comes along I'll be back to tell you how I get on downloading with it once it's active.

I have the answer!

The facility has been removed. I've just managed to get through to someone who was able to confirm it's been removed.

Maybe the should remove the link to export statements so that we know the facility is not available!

And maybe they should remove all the information saying it's available! How annoying! :mad:
