Charging my Laptop on the move

Can any recommend from personal experience either a car charger or solar charger for my laptop.
I have googled and searched and there is a fair bit of choice out there now a little confused which to opt for.

Could get yourself a small inverter that will plug into the cigarette/aux output in the car and provide a normal 3 pin "mains" socket for you to put your standard charger into.
300w often available from c.£15 at Aldi/Tesco or available for c.£25 elsewhere.
This would allow you to charge multiple items, one at a time, phones, cameras etc. The one I have has a USB power outlet too.
