You have to have the chat window on the right open to the reception room and the host will offer it every so often0

Cool, I just signed up... spent my free £2 but then decided to try gambling a tenner anyway, which they matched... got to £30 but then lost the lot on backjack - not really surprised, hope I get the £20 though!
