Yeah - these are the conditions from the greasypalm website:

Conditions for Jackpot Joy

New customers receive £1 when you create a free account (you must play game after registering to activate tracking) additionally get £20 cashback if you pay to play.

so it shouldn't matter how much you "pay to play" - your first play SHOULD trigger the tracking for you to earn your £20.
