Need a new phone line, bband, mobile contracts etc.. Help!

Hi all

We are in a need of:
  1. A landline phone (to recieve calls from family and friends in Norway and India and to call them back). A new line will need to be installed.
  2. Wireless Broadband (have been on 3G USB broadband for over 3 yrs, currently paying £15.50/month for 15GB allowance)
  3. 2 mobile contracts - one for me, roughly 1000 UK anytime x anynetwork minutes usage; one for wifey - current spend is £40/month on a lebara PAYG calling mainly Norway mobiles (100-200 minutes UK mobile calls). I am hoping there'll be a cheaper way to do it via landline.
  4. Possibly a telly channels contract - not essential, can be crossed of the list.
Am not too sure what are my options here but here's a list that comes to mind straightaway:
  1. Arrange two mobile contracts independently (casgback via e2save, may be?)
  2. either call virgin/sky and get a phone-bb-tv deal with them
  3. or get a phone/bb deal with primus saver£16/month free phone line installation and leave the tv thing out alltogether
Please recommend what should be the way forward for me?
The main thing thats hurting now is all those roughly 25-35quid/month used on calling norway mobiles and value for money i am recieving for paying £15/month for 3G internet.

Any kind of 'starters for ten' suggestions would be very helpful, thanks.

PS: Not sure if this is the forum where i should be asking for advice on ALL of these services. but not sure where else to post. So apologies if this is not where it should be.
