How long does it take to receive settlement from lloyds

Hi

After 3 years lloyds have finally agreed to pay 15,000 credit card ppi refund. Letter confirming amount was 21 days ago I did not have to sign to accept the letter just said they would now arrange for amount to be paid to bank account. How long do you think this takes is anyone else in
a similiar position.

Hi there, I would email or give them a ring, in my experience I received acceptance slips to sign if i agreed and the money was received into my account between 21 - 28 days, as I had so many upheld with them they were not all on the same day though.

Hi

I received a offer from Lloyds on the 12th August, for £2751.72. I had £2354.25 paid into my account 3days after so I could have my loan settled (which I asked them to do). But have been waiting ever since for the remaining of my offer to go in my account.

Chased up customer care on the 24th to be told it takes time!!

O well more waiting.
