Best SmartPhone under £200?

Looking to buy a smart phone as I have been using a really rubbish £20 phone for about 18 months now, previous to that I had a HTC Legend and before that an iPhone 3G both of which I got along well with but fancy something different & have no idea what is about at the moment and what is good!

Don't want to spend more than £200. Any suggestions would be appreciated

what you idea of good ie camera operating system etc . I have a £70 android crap camera but to me its not important.

I've been looking around the internet at mobile phones for the last day or two and you can get a new HTC Wildfire S on Amazon and Play for under £200. Not the current flagship model but they still look like they'll do the job pretty well.

The Orange San Francisco is a cheap phone that I've heard is extremely good for the money.

I bought the HTC cha cha in carphone warehouse for £200 plus top up .
It is now £149 sim free - great little phone .

My mum has a HTC cha cha (forever embarassing she has a better phone than me) and I found it quite bizarre the keyboard/touchscreen thing personally, I think i'd prefer one or the other. Not keen on blackberries. Great camera isn't an issue because I have a decent little camera already Apart from that open to anything!

My Orange San Francisco power button has broken so its time for an upgrade. The motorola milestone appeals as it has a proper keyboard but I cant find it under £260, any idea where I can get it for under £200?
