I managed NSD No 4 yesterday .... but it took some clever manoeuvering!! I was deliverling training and would normally have bought a bottle of water but I managed to find an old empty one in the car which I washed out and filled up with tap water. I then arranged to car share with a colleague and she paid for the car park (she'll be able to claim it back) so I could achieve my NSD!
This is becoming addictive!!! Might have to extend my target! :rotfl:
I will have to pay for parking today as I have to travel alone but £2.30 all day isn't too bad. Will take packed lunch with me so no spending on food. Also DS has a driving lesson and although I budgeted for it and put the £20 into his appointment card last week, I have to count that as spending today. Will pop into shop on way home to get bits I need for baking the cake for my neighbour (which she has already paid me for) so will get all my spending out of the way and aim for another NSD tomorrow ......** Official DFW Nerd Club Member 009**

Just quickly popping to report that I managed to catch NSD number 5 yesterday! Yay! :jNargleblast wrote: »Chris 81418 - pond life in your neck of the woods too? They get everywhere, don't they? And some I would say are not even sufficiently evolved to merit the classification "pond life". More like "primeval swamp life" in some cases. At least there are some decent chaps and chappesses on here.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. And thank goodness for our decent chaps and chapessess - if it wasn't for them (yourself included) I would have lost faith in humanity a long time ago!solventsoon wrote: »Sorry you're having problems with pond life, Chris, life sucks sometimes, it really does.....
Hopefully Nargle's karma will work wonders and your pond life will get their comeuppance one day soon.

Hi Lily
Sorry you're having problems at work, been there, bought the T-shirt. It's so frustrating having people asking you stupid questions when you're trying to catch up on stuff that should have been done while you were off... it used to drive me crazy!! I had to count to 10 before answering most of the time or I would have told them where to go!!:o:o
You need a stress ball which you can squeeze them really hard - it's safer than doing that with your colleagues' necks:D
Thinking about you xx
But it could be the new bestseller and you could be the new J K Rowling, you won't know until you start...
(((hugs)))

Thanks Spoon. :kisses3:
I'll try not to wring anyone's neckbut a rocket may be put up someone's backside if they don't get a move on!:rotfl:
I had an idea for a book this morning which I started thinking about ages ago, and have typed out a few ideas, it's a start!
Oh, and I work in the county you used to live in.
