Lloyds ppi time frame for sending figures and cheques out?

Hi all

My partner has just (after 15 weeks) received an offer from lloyds re his loan offering a full refund of all ppi premiums plus the 8% interest. We are obviously overjoyed by this however wonder if anyone knows how long it is taking lloyds to get the actual figures for the settlem t posted and the cheque (they have said a cheque as the loan was closed in 2004).

Also he has had the loan for approx 8 years and topped it up on about 3 occasions. Do you think the ppi will be included for the whole time span. Ie would they include it all as one claim?

Many thanks

    Well done and Congratulations!

If you contact lloyds, they should be able to confirm if ppi was also added on the other loans, and yes its quite possible, so if you have the account numbers and mis sold, give it a go.
I would deal with them separately not to get them confused to be honest, you know where you are as well then,

In my experience, as so far I have had around 7 successes with these so far, they sent the agreement for us to sign, sent back and we received the refund between 21 - 28 days after they received our signed acceptances.
They did I think about 2 weeks before that provide us with the breakdown and the amounts due.

You can though to make sure you do received these, email them on the below, good luck.
