Buying online with bankcard/paypal refund rights....

I have just brought 2 Disney tickets 1 with paypal and 1 with my card details through 2 different websites but have since found I wasn't informed of the best deal and if possible want to change them to different ticket types.
I wondered if there were any no quibble refund rules when buying online within a certain timeframe - like cool off periods that could get my money back to purchase the other tickets instead or am I stuck with what I've got???

Sellers aren't obligued to inform you of the best deal.

You have 7 day cooling off periods under the Distance Selling Regs - but they dont apply for tickets like these unfortunatley.
