I know this should be in the successes post, but I thought I'd outline this for the FD people, seen as there seems to be no successes when you search the forum. Got a letter on Friday morning to say my complaint has been upheld and they will be writing back to me within four weeks with a figure. I wrote to them in May and they had it on their system they had to make a decision by Sept 12, so just over 13 weeks I had to wait

Just to say that a day under two weeks from my last letter, I got my final settlement today = £6500! £2300 of that was the 8% interest!!!!0
