Mine says dispatched & I ordered a full price item quite late in the day last night ... Thing is it looks like they have taken 10% off NOT £10 off but I went through Google checkout which still states the amount with the £10 off

Can they re-take the full amount ie Google checkout receipt says 9 pounds something , dispatch e-mail says 18 pounds something!!!

Its weird how last time they let people order t-shirts for just 49p with free delivery ( not me ) but this time its no free delivery so all paid for and much higher priced items so def not just a 49p order total and they're cancelling them!

So why not cancel all the orders for just 49p with free delivery last time rather than send them all out???

Yep, pretty crappy. Cancelled with no explanation, or even cancellation email - had to find out by logging in and chasing it up after all this time! My item still came to over £20 even with the code, so it's not like they would have been losing out over it - instead, they have lost me as a future customer.

Checked bank account and its ok have been charged price with the £10 taken off thankfully

Coat hasn't arrived yet but feel lucky to get it but won't try again if they do this offer , too risky!!
