I can't get it to work either, I set up a new account, put non sale items in my basket but it just keeps saying 'the coupon code you entered couldn't be applied to any items in your order'

I think you're right, I took the dress and socks out of my basket and it worked on the t-shirt but not a hoodie.

I put the t-shirt in that was working before but now it says
'The coupon code you entered has been disabled so it can't be used' I hadn't made a purchase before so this would have been my first so I should have been allowed to use it
