Insurance for Jewellery etc

I am looking to renew my buildings and contents insurance. If I do not specify my jewellery I can get fairly reasonable quotes but as soon as I need to add in some high value specific items the quotes either rocket or the insurer cannot insure me. My expensive items (7 items) do not intotal exceed £15,000. Can anyone please recommend a good reasonable priced insurer for high value specific items?
Many thanks for your help

I have had my insurance for the past 2 years via these people and added individual items (like jewelry, cameras and bicycles).
You can also increase the personal possessions cover.
This was fairly easy to do on-line.
I think they (heath lambert) are a broker rather than an insurer, so they search a number of insurers.
I have never had to claim so I can't tell you claims experience. But I have been able to tailor my insurance without it being ridiculously expensive.
