I hadn't originally noticed this but the Elite Bank Group's close association with these banks is confirmed on this page from their website.

Steer well clear of them all.

I have a lot more information that I can disclose, but my research indicates that these 'banks' are being used in support of Spanish property purchase through estate agents it would also be sensible to avoid.

Anyone pointing clients to these 'banks' that have no current registration or authorisation to offer financial services, other than perhaps in Belize, is not exhibiting proper prudential caution.

I don't think I've ever seen a thread before where 66% of the posts on it are from the OP...................

Now that I have posted, it will be slightly less, of course :D

I understand your surprise moonrakerz and, though I have accumulated information as I went along, it was important for me to set out the information in a logical and organised fashion detailing reference sources and the reasoning behind my warning as I went along.

Frustratingly I can't post all that I know, but if I'd posted everything in one go, it would have been incomprehensible and failed to perform the function intended - to act as a warning.

At this stage I can't add much more, but I'm a very thorough researcher and that could change.

  • Certainly look dodgy to me.

If you click on the banks at the bottom of the page those banks websites haven't been registered
